Tour details

Total Duration: about 3.5 - 4 hours
Route:

• Shibuya Crossing – pass by without stopping
• Rainbow Bridge – pass by without stopping
• Metropolitan Expressway Bayshore Route (Wangan) – pass by without stopping
• Daikoku Parking Area – 1-hour stop
• Tokyo Tower – 5-10 minute stop

Important Information:
* Check in at the Meeting Place at least 15 minutes before your tour time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled without a refund.

* Routes, stop locations, and duration are subject to change due to weather, traffic regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

• 14 days or more before the scheduled date of use: free of charge.
• 4 to 13 days before the scheduled date of use: 30% of the rental fee.
• 2 to 3 days before the scheduled date of use: 50% of the rental fee.
• The day before or on the day of the scheduled date of use: 100% of the rental fee.

* Requests made after 6 pm Japan Standard Time (JST) will be processed the next day.

Other Notices

• If you arrive late for the tour meeting time or fail to present a valid international driver’s license (digital copies and photocopies are not accepted), your payment will not be refunded.
• Changes cannot be made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• If the experience is canceled due to severe weather at the tour location, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
  (Please note that travel disruptions caused by severe weather in other regions are not covered under this policy.)
• If mechanical damage is caused by unsafe driving, a charge of ¥1,000,000 will apply.

NOC (Non-Operation Charge):

• scratch/1 dent on any body parts of the car including rims – ¥300,000
• scratches/ Wheel replacement due to dents, deep scratches, or bends will incur a charge of ¥600,000
• Mechanical/Component damage rendering the vehicle unsafe to drive – ¥2,000,000
