About Reservations:

Reservations must be made in advance.

Reservations are accepted only under the name of the driver.
In order to use this service, the reservation holder, the driver, and the credit card holder must all be the same.

Reservations can be made up to 24 hours prior to departure.
During High Seasons, such as Golden Week, Obon, and year-end/New Year Holidays, we recommend that you make your reservations as early as possible.

Reservations can be made from 3 months before the departure date.

Reservations can be changed or canceled via Website up to one day prior to your departure.

Cancellation of Reservation

When canceling a reservation, a specified cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that the reservation will be canceled if the rental agreement has not been executed one hour after the scheduled departure time.
The cancellation fee for reservations is as follows.

Cancellation Fee

[Cancellation Fees] *Calls received after 6:00 p.m. will be handled the following day.

  1. 14 days or more before the scheduled date of use: Free
  2. 13 to 7 days before the scheduled date of use: 20% of the rental fee
  3. 6 to 2 days before the scheduled date of use: 30% of the rental fee
  4. The day before or on the day of use: 100% of the rental fee

How to use:

For Japan Residents

  • Driver’s license for all drivers

    (* AT licenses are not valid for transmission vehicles)

  • Credit card issued in your name

For Overseas Residents

  • International or foreign driver’s license for all drivers
    • International Driver’s License

      Must be an international driver’s license in accordance with the Geneva Convention.
      Driving in Japan with a foreign driver’s license (link to the official website of the National Police Agency)

      • International driving permits are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue (be sure to confirm the date of issue) and their validity for driving in Japan is one (1) year from the date of landing in Japan (confirmed by the immigration stamp in the passport showing the date of landing in Japan).
        However, persons on the basic resident register who leave Japan and subsequently re-enter the country within less than three (3) months will not have their re-entry date considered as their date of landing (the start date for driving eligibility in Japan).
      • International driving permit acquired from signatory countries to the Paris Convention (1926), the Washington Convention (1943), or the Vienna Convention (1968) are not recognized.
    • Foreign Driver’s License

      Driver’s licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco, along with a Japanese translation of the license
      Must be able to present passport at the same time.

      • Japanese translation of the driver’s license must be issued by the respective country’s embassy or consulate in Japan or by the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF).
      • For Taiwanese licenses, a Japanese translation of the driver’s license must be issued by the JAF, the Taiwan-Japan Relations association or the ZIPLUS Co., Ltd..
      • Foreign driver’s licenses are valid for driving in Japan for one (1) year from the date of landing in Japan (confirmed by the immigration stamp in the passport showing the date of landing in Japan) or until the expiration date of the foreign license, whichever is earlier.
      • However, persons on the basic resident register who leave Japan and subsequently re-enter the country within less than three (3) months will not have their re-entry date considered as their date of landing (the start date for driving eligibility in Japan).
  • Passport

All vehicles are equipped with an ETC onboard unit as standard equipment (free of charge). An ETC card is also included at some plan and can be used free of charge.

(*Limited to the Metropolitan Expressway in Tokyo)

Although not equipped with a car navigation system, some plan includes in-car Wi-Fi. So that you can use your own smartphone as a car navigation system without using data.

Passengers with infants under 6 years of age must bring their own child safety seat.
Please note that those with a passenger under 6 years old cannot rent a car without a child seat.

Smoking is completely prohibited in the car.
Please note that if the smell of tobacco is detected inside the vehicle, we will charge 100,000 yen for cleaning.

Please be sure to use parking lots, parking meters, or coin-operated parking spaces for parking.

Parking is prohibited on most streets in Tokyo. In the unlikely event that you are ticketed for parking, you will be required to settle a 30,000 yen fine upon return.

  1. Visiting us
    Please show our staff the email you received to complete your reservations.
  2. Presentation of required documents
    Please present your driver’s license, credit card, passport, or other necessary documents.
  3. Signing of contract
    Please sign the rental certificate and pledge.
  4. Inspection of the exterior and explanation of vehicle operation
    Inspect the exterior of the vehicle with a staff member. If there are any scratches or dents, please be sure to check with our staff. The staff will also explain various aspects of vehicle operation.
  5. Departing
    Have a safe trip! Enjoy!
  1. Gasoline
    Please be sure to fill up the tank before returning the car. If the tank is not full, you will be charged according to our calculation method.
  2. Inspection of the exterior and instruction of vehicle operation
    Our staff will inspect the vehicle at the time of return.
  3. Adjustment
    Any additional charges such as out-of-area use of ETC, extended hours, etc., must be paid.

Insurance and Compensation :

The following auto insurances and collision damage waivers (CDW) are included in the base rate.

  • Bodily injury insurance: unlimited per person (including amounts covered by automobile liability insurance)
  • Property damage insurance: Unlimited per accident (no deductible)
  • Personal Accident Insurance: 30 million yen per person
  • Vehicle insurance: Market value per accident

The following non-operation charges (NOC) must be paid separately.

In case of an accident, theft, breakdown, defacement, etc., and the vehicle needs to be repaired or cleaned, the following amounts will be charged as compensation for business during the period of the accident, theft, breakdown, defacement, etc.

  • Vehicles
    • If the vehicle is returned to the scheduled return location not by the driver: 150,000 yen.
    • If the vehicle is returned to the scheduled return location by the driver: 100,000 yen
  • Equipment
    • Returned in unusable condition or lost: 100% of the purchase price of the replacement item
    • If repairs are required: the number of days for repairs x daily rental rate for the applicable item x 50%
  • If insurance does not cover the damage and repairs to the extorior/interior are necessary, 100% of the repair cost will be charged.
  • If the rental vehicle cannot be rented due to the exterior or interior repairs, the following compensation fee will be charged as part of the operating compensation.
    Operating compensation: 20,000 yen/day
